Since its announcement on the 27th of January 2010, a dedicated team at Apptango is engaged in researching how this new gadget can enhance the life of its user and what unique opportunity it brings to Apptango’s existing and potential new customers. We are creating iPad prototype applications to support following unique capabilities that we think will be crucial for success of iPad.

We are creating iPad prototype applications to support following unique capabilities that we think will be crucial for success of iPad.
- Multi-touch on big screen: Applications that take multi-touch to the next level. Because iPad has a bigger screen size as compared to iPhone, one of the main competitive advantage of an iPad application has over its peer iPhone application would be to how responsive it can react to pinches and multi-finger gestures.
- eBook programming: There is a whole slew of paper based information that is creating a gold rush for reaching to the hands of iPad users in the form of eBooks. We are already engaging our clients to satisfy any eBook conversion needs they have that they want to publish on iTunes eBook store.
- User interactive video playing: We developed applications that make video playing interactive. Watching movie on iPad is one thing. But making movie watching fun by adding interaction is another. We are engaging with our clients to produce iPad applications that take multimedia consumption to the next level.
- iPad friendly websites: We are working with key clients to produce their websites that are great on PC based web browsers but will be awesome on iPad screen with taking full advantage of both landscape and portrait orientations.
- iPad Calendar Integration: We are developing application prototypes where applications will be quickly able to retrieve and add calendar items for a seamless experience for the end user. Thus, giving convenience to user to manage the calendar for least clicks possible.
